Police Official Ranks in Pakistan
Now we will discuss the different police ranks in Pakistan with their responsibilities.
1) Inspector General of Police (IGP)
IG is the top of the Police Ranks in Pakistan. The Inspector-General of Police (IGP) is the in-charge of the provincial police establishment. IGP is also called a provincial police officer (PPO).
Moreover, an Inspector General of Police is the most senior police officer in the police force or police service. This rank usually refers to the head of a large regional command of the police force.

3) Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG)
